Entrepreneurship projects

In the area of management, we have promoted the creation of commercial businesses with complete financial and legal autonomy. These businesses provide the resources needed to support social work with the monetary resources obtained from their operations. Among these businesses, we have the Heladerías Carrusel (Carousel Ice Cream Parlors), which has been the cornerstone to the growth and strengthening of the social projects that the foundation has developed since 1998.

Carousel Ice Cream Parlor
Twenty years ago we had the opportunity to open the Carrusel Ice Cream Shop, located in the Paseo de La Castellana Shopping Center. It is an ice cream franchise with a company with great experience in the market such as Colombina, who provide and regulate the standards of preparation, presentation, and quality of the product.
This business contributes its profits to the foundation and in this way, we cover 60% of the fixed costs of Remanso de Amor and generate employment. In this way, we contribute to building a better city by providing opportunities.
We currently have two points of sale, and we hope in the short term, to have other points of sale in our city.
