Approximately 200,000 inhabitants who make up the socio-economic strata 1 and 2 represent 20% of the population in Cartagena.  In these sectors of the population, the family prototype is composed of 6.8 or more members, and is sustained by a minimum monthly wage of $220 USD or less.

 

Fundacion Remanso de Amor was created based on the professional diagnosis of the primary needs of the sector in the following areas: education, nutrition, health, and job training.

Our goal is to offer adequate assistance to families, thus increasing the chances of healthy growth of their children.
